best genre of writing - The escilator

Hello fellow bloggers!this week we have been doing a genre writing on this image -------------------------------------------->

here is my writing :

Astonished, fireflies surround the lone girl, her mouth drops in surprise,
she is paralysed by the marvelous sight. She now had to find her hotel
in this muddy terrain. “THUD” her bags were dropped to the ground
but picked up by beautiful fireflies that shone a  sparkly track to a 
staircase going down into an enormous penthouse which the fireflies
called her hotel room. Then she noticed what had just Happened
“you talk!” said the well dressed woman in shock 

“we sure do” said all the fireflies in harmony “come on into your
wonderful penthouse” explained the fireflies 

“ok” said the woman willingly 

“Bye escalator that got me here” said the woman like a goldfish as she blew a kiss to the escalator.

End of term reflection

Hello this is my end of term reflection I have to write what I enjoyed about this term

My best genre of writing for capturing the sun

I have another piece of writing but this time its for capturing the sun it is............ADVENTURE! that it the genre im doing. 
Fearfully, she trudges on to save the world from an endless night. But first she must find the person who stole the sun out of the raging sky. The sky was a pool of black oil covering the clouds. The needed to be restored or the sky will be black like coal forever. Suddenly, she saw a man with sun in his grasp, she charged at him grabbing the chain with sun in it, then she swung the chain a few times and  hammer threw it into the sky! The world has been saved from an endless darkness...

here is the image I had to work off. what do you think the world would be like with no sun?

Growth mindset

This is my growth mindset. When I started making this slideshow, I wondered how does the brain know when to shut down and sleep, what do you think about this question. What do you wonder about the brain Anyway this is my growth mindset. 

our science experiment 4

today we investigated volume and the pitch of sounds. We used musical instruments to show the vibration. We discovered that low pitch travels through longer instruments. High pitch travels through shorter instruments. The instruments we used for this fun experiment are:

1. BOOM! whackers
2. drums
3. maracas
4. ukuleles
5. triangles 
6. xylophone
7. guitars
